Upon high school graduation in 1970, I came to the Central Coast to attend college. After college I decided that the beautiful oceans, great atmosphere and friendly people were too wonderful to leave behind. By making San Luis Obispo my permanent residence, my new goal was to start a business that would provide quality service to people at a fair price. Trying my skills in various service industry jobs, I found that I was most natural and happy with painting tools in my hands.

 

In 1978, I founded The Brushworks with my wife. A painting company that combined quality workmanship along with top grade products has always been my base theme. Since that time, The Brushworks has grown to offer many exciting new services and products, using only the latest, most efficient technology along with well-trained journeymen to guarantee beautiful, long lasting results.

 

Now Brushworks is striving to be the most environmentally friendly painting company on the Central Coast in many ways, including using green products as much as possible. Since the time we opened our doors and had one employee, to now having as many as fourty employees, we at the Brushworks pride ourselves in being the #1 painting company right here on the beautiful Central Coast.
